Have you ever felt like the black sheep of your family or am I the only one? Growing up in a dysfunctional, chaotic, low nurturing family can leave one feeling like an outcast. Maybe, like me, you were the lost child. Or, the scapegoat!
Alcoholic, and or dysfunctional families produce survival roles that enable one to survive the turmoiled chaos in homes where there are abuse and neglect. The roles are hero child, lost child, scapegoat, and mascot. These roles can be interchanged throughout the span of a lifetime if one does not get proper treatment/help.
I have played all the roles. In this season of my life, I am learning the role of a tribe member along with being a daughter of the King!
Yahshua was the Passover Lamb, the Sacrificed One…He conquered the grave! He conquered the one that is setting himself up to be the scapegoat and the victim…remember, everything true, the enemy has a counterfeit…a lie!
Are you still living a lie? Are you still acting out your dysfunctional family role assigned to you? OR are you shedding the snakeskin lies of the enemy?
Halleluyah! He came to set the captives free!!! Just like He did with our ancestors when He delivered them from Eygpt, He is still delivering His people from the Babylonian system! Walk in freedom, my friends!
